Medtronic will integrate its Invos regional technology, which helps track hemodynamic changes and other symptoms of cerebral desaturation, and its Microstream capnography technology, which monitors patients for signs of declining health, into GE Healthcare’s Carescape precision monitoring platform, according to a June 1 press release.
GE Healthcare’s FlexAcuity technology, designed to help healthcare providers personalize care as needed, is also included in the new offering.
The partnership aims to help connect caregivers and their patients in an ecosystem that supports patient care, enables better decision making and drives efficiencies for healthcare systems.
