Greensboro, N.C.-based Cone Health has rolled out a digital content platform with stories and expert insights on disease prevention, wellness and value-based care.
The five-hospital system launched Your Health Matters in collaboration with the Triad Business Journal in Greensboro. Cone Health is part of Risant Health, a value-based care nonprofit created by Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente.
“Your Health Matters reflects our belief that everyone deserves timely, trustworthy health information — whether you’re an employer looking to support your workforce or an individual trying to stay healthy,” said Angelo Sinopoli, MD, executive vice president of value-based care at Cone Health, in a Jan. 26 news release. “This hub allows us to bring expert information directly to the public, demystifying value-based care and showing how convenient, coordinated care improves health for everyone.”
