The majority of those laid off, 342 employees, are remote workers. The layoffs are related to recent news that Signify Health is discontinuing its episodes of care services business, according to CT Insider.

The company is encouraging laid-off employees to apply for open positions within the company. News of the layoffs came after it was reported that CVS Health is looking to place a bid for Signify Health.
