Infosys has agreed to acquire digital transformation company Optimum Healthcare IT for up to $465 million.
The deal, which gives the tech consulting giant a footprint in health IT, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027 pending regulatory approval, according to a March 25 stock exchange filing. Infosys is buying the company from private equity firm Achieve Partners.
Optimum Healthcare IT advises health systems on digital transformation projects, including helping move Memphis, Tenn.-based Baptist Memorial Health Care’s Epic EHR to the Amazon cloud and assisting Fairfax, Va.-based Inova Health System with adopting Epic’s Beaker lab module.
