NH Accountable Care Partners (Concord, N.H.). Dover, N.H.-based Wentworth-Douglas Hospital and Southern New Hampshire Health System in Nashua joined Concord (N.H.) Hospital and Manchester, N.H.-based Elliot Hospital in an accountable care organization in 2014. NH Accountable Care Partners was among the top 10 MSSP ACOs for quality in 2014, earning a 93.6 percent rating overall. It serves more than 30,000 Medicare beneficiaries.
