Northwell Health (Great Neck, N.Y.). Building on a two-decade relationship, Great Neck, N.Y.-based Northwell Health and New York-based EmblemHealth struck a collaborative care agreement in 2016 for the insurer’s 3.1 million members across the New York tristate area. CMS selected Northwell Health as one of 100 new MSSP ACOs to join the program this year, as well.
