National HealthCare Corp. renews line of credit with Bank of America

Murfreesboro, Tenn.-based National HealthCare Corp., which is the oldest publicly traded senior healthcare company in America, has announced it renewed its $75 million line of credit with Bank of America

“We are pleased to complete our seventh amendment to our Credit Agreement with Bank of America,” said Robert Adams, CEO of National HealthCare. “The credit facility allows us the financial flexibility to continue to implement our strategy of expanding our continuum of post-acute care services, which includes nursing, assisted living, homecare and hospice.”
