Construction on the $3.5 million 10,000-square-foot medical facility is expected to begin in 2023 and replace the current MercyOne Moville Family Medicine clinic, according to the report.
MercyOne will lease the first floor of the facility. CNOS, the Dakota Dunes-based specialty services provider, will occupy the second floor in addition to a wellness center. Fundraising was conducted by the Moville Community Development Association and Moville Area Medical Clinic, according to the Sioux City Journal.
