Memorial Regional Health plans medical clinic in Colorado: 4 things to know

Craig, Colo.-based Memorial Regional Health plans to build a new 60,000-square-foot clinic, according to a Craig Daily Press report.

Here are four things to know.

1. The three-story clinic would be located in Craig, next to The Memorial Regional Hospital.

2. In addition to physician offices and procedure rooms, the facility would feature space for physical therapy, podiatry and orthopedic medicine, an infusion clinic and a retail pharmacy.

3. MRH seeks to secure a loan from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development program to help fund the project, according to the report.

4. The estimated cost for the clinic is $24.5 million, and hospital officials hope begin construction in spring 2018, reports Craig Daily Press.
