Ms. Taylor is executive director of OSU Wexner’s Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital in Columbus. She will retain her current position in addition to picking up CEO duties.
Ms. Taylor will succeed Larry Anstine, who is retiring in March after more than 25 years of service at University Hospital. Before joining Ohio State in 2011, she served as associate vice president for cardiovascular services at Duke University in Durham, N.C.
For the past three years, Ms. Taylor has been executive director of the Ross Heart Hospital. Under her leadership, the hospital achieved patient satisfaction scores in the 98th percentile nationally, and it is ranked among the top heart programs in the country by U.S. News & World Report.
