Ms. Fordham joined the DMC system in 2007 and has served in various administrative positions, including vice president and COO. She previously served in administrative positions for Wayne County, Mich.-based Oakwood Healthcare System, Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health and ProMed Healthcare in Kalamazoo, Mich.
Ms. Fordham replaces Andrei Soran, who was appointed to COO of Detroit Medical Center.
