2. She joined Baptist Medical Center in 1989 as an operating room nurse.
3. She also served as director of Baptist Cancer Services.
4. She has earned numerous accolades over the course of her career, including being named the American Cancer Society’s volunteer of the year and Mississippi Nurses Association’s administrator of the year.
5. Ms. Ware is a fellow of the American College of HealthCare Executives.
