Kathy Lancaster. EVP and CFO of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan (Oakland, Calif.). Ms. Lancaster has been with Kaiser Permanente since 1998, and held numerous positions within the organization before being named executive vice president in 2001 and CFO in 2005 of KaiserFoundationHospitals and Health Plan. Before joining Kaiser, she held a number of senior leadership roles with Prudential Insurance Company’s western region.
