John Mangona. Vice President, CIO and Compliance Officer of Saratoga Hospital (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.). Mr. Mangona joined Saratoga Hospital in 1995 and is involved in Healthix, the health information exchange of New York. He is associated with the Medical Users Software Exchange and spent nine years on the Saratoga Regional YMCA board. Under Mr. Mangona’s leadership, Hospitals & Health Networks named Saratoga Hospital among Health Care’s Most Wired in 2017.
