Todd MacConnell. County IT Director of Wyoming County Community Health System (Warsaw, N.Y.). Mr. MacConnell has served as Wyoming County Community Health System’s county IT director since June 2011, when the hospital’s IT and building and grounds departments became the county’s operational responsibility. He was named the director of IT for Wyoming County in 1997, a position he maintained for 20 years. Mr. MacConnell also has experience as the HIPAA information security director for Wyoming County.
