Additional positions will provide national phone sales and assistance during Medicare’s open enrollment period from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7. About a third of new employees will be full-time hires and the remaining will be seasonal, full-time hires employed for up to six months.
The insurer employs 3,700 in Wisconsin, according to the report.
