7 ‘most loved’ healthcare workplaces

Seven healthcare organizations were named among the Best Practice Institute’s “America’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces.”

Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Parkview Health ranked No. 5 overall and was the highest-ranked health system on the list. The healthcare organizations recognized include hospitals, dental service providers and behavioral health companies.

Best Practice Institute surveyed more than 2.8 million U.S. employees across industries using its “Love of Workplace Index” to measure emotional connection, respect, value alignment and collaboration, according to an Oct. 14 news release. Hundreds of executives were also interviewed to gather insights on leadership, culture and strategy. Organizations were scored based on employee feedback (50%), executive interviews (35%) and external public ratings and employee review platforms (15%).

Below are the healthcare organizations on the 2025 edition of “America’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces,” with health systems in bold:
