TeamHealth Acquires Tri-County Emergency Physicians in Michigan

TeamHealth, a provider of physician staffing services based in Knoxville, Tenn., announced that it has acquired Tri-County Emergency Physicians, thereby expanding its presence in Michigan.

Tri-County Emergency Physicians manages and staffs the emergency department for Memorial Healthcare in Owosso, Mich.

On Aug. 1, TeamHealth will begin providing services for Memorial Healthcare’s ED.
