TeamHealth announced it has closed on a secondary offering, in which its principal stockholder sold 8 million shares.
Investment fund Ensemble Parent, which is affiliated with private equity giant The Blackstone Group, sold the shares. TeamHealth said it did not receive any of the proceeds from the offering.
