McLeod Health unveils telehealth program

Florence, S.C.-based McLeod Regional Medical Center has launched a telehealth program.

Through McLeod Telehealth, patients can electronically connect with board-certified physicians to diagnosis minor conditions such as bronchitis, sore throats, ear infections, urinary tract infections, viral infections, pink eye, allergies, rashes and the flu.

To access the service, patients can download the McLeod Telehealth app or visit mcleodtelehealth.org. No appointment is necessary; however, each visit is $49.
