1. Mr. Giacomin is currently CEO of the pharmaceutical segment at Dublin, Ohio-based Cardinal Health.
2. Mr. Giacomin has served as vice chairman of the HDA board since November 2014.
3. Mr. Giacomin now replaces Ted Scherr as chairman, who will remain a member of HAD’s executive committee. Mr. Scherr is president and CEO of Dakota Drug.
