For the study, WalletHub compared 182 cities assessing their economies, quality of life and healthcare.
Researchers examined the healthcare dimension using 10 metrics, including cost of physician visits, average per person health insurance premium, hospitals per capita and quality of public hospital systems. Each metric was graded on a 100-point scale, with 100 representing the most favorable conditions for people with disabilities.
