Defiance Hospital, part of Cincinnati-based Mercy Health, has 17 patient rooms and 23 beds and is connected to Fauster Surgery Center and Mercy Defiance Clinic via a walkway. The hospital houses eight beds for emergency care and recently expanded its radiology services through a partnership with Columbus (Ohio) Radiology. Healthgrades awarded Mercy Health-Defiance Hospital its Outstanding Patient Experience Award in 2016.
