10 hospitals where patients were most likely to say nurses didn’t respect them

The following U.S. hospitals had the highest percentage of patients unhappy with the manner in which nurses interacted with them, according to the most recent HCAHPS scores.

At least 14 percent of patients at these 10 hospitals said their nurses “sometimes” or “never”  treated them with courtesy and respect.

The figures are from CMS’ Hospital Compare website and represent HCAHPS scores collected from April 2018 through March 2019.

Note: Hospitals with fewer than 100 completed surveys were excluded from this list.
