Allison Riffle, PharmD, executive director and associate chief of pharmacy at Cleveland Clinic, is stepping down from her role after over a decade with the health system.

“It’s hard to express the amount of gratitude and pride I have for my team, all our pharmacy caregivers, the organization, and the incredible work we do. You will continue to move mountains,” Dr. Riffle said in a July 23 LinkedIn post.

Dr. Riffle, who will leave Cleveland Clinic the week of July 28, has served in her current role since 2020. She also said she will be joining Salt Lake City-based University of Utah Health as associate chief pharmacy officer of operations.
