Mr. Conlin has been chair of New Jersey’s largest health insurer for nine years. He joined Horizon in 2012 to lead the insurer’s healthcare value strategy, which concerns how the insurer works with physicians, hospitals and other providers to improve quality, affordability and customer experience.
Todd Brown, Horizon’s lead director, will become the insurer’s new chair. He has served on Horizon’s board since 2012 and has been its lead director since 2018.
