26 payer exec moves in February

The following payer executives changed their positions in February.

They are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. Blue Shield of California Promise Health Plan promoted Kristen Cerf to president and CEO.

2. Premera Blue Cross hired David Condon as vice president of Eastern Washington.

3. Alec Cunningham was appointed executive vice president and COO of CVS Health's Aetna business.

4. Blue Shield of California appointed Lisa Davis CIO.

5. Cigna named Christopher DeRosa to lead its national large employer business.

6. AllWays Health Partners named Marissa Fox-Foley chief strategy and marketing officer.

7. Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System selected Michael Genord, MD, as president and CEO of Health Alliance Plan and executive vice president of the health system.

8. Centene Corp. appointed Jennifer Gilligan senior vice president of investor relations.

9. Ana Gupte became chief strategy and innovation officer for GuideWell and Florida Blue.

10. Health Plan of San Joaquin appointed Evert Hendrix chief people officer.

11. PacificSource Health Plans hired Meg Jones as its Washington state government relations director.

12. CenCal Health hired Karen Kim as general legal counsel.

13. Centene appointed Chris Koster senior vice president, secretary and general counsel.

14. Cigna named Kristen Lauria global chief marketing officer.

15. AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire appointed Donald McNally, DO, medical director of behavioral health and substance use disorders.

16. Darren Nakao was promoted to executive vice president at UHA Health Insurance and will remain CFO.

17. Meg Olberding became the first director of brand messaging and public relations for the Community Health Plan of Washington.

18. ConnectiCare hired Brian Pagliaro as senior vice president and chief sales and marketing officer.

19. Christopher Paquette joined Trustmark as senior vice president and chief digital and strategy officer.

20. Cigna named Dave Queller president of Express Scripts. In that position, Mr. Queller will lead pharmacy benefit management services and oversee supply chain and drug procurement.

21. Nashville, Tenn.-based Envision Healthcare named former OptumCare president James "Jim" Rechtin president and CEO.

22. Trillium Community Health Plan named Jeanne Savage, MD, CMO of Trillium and Health Net of Oregon.

23. Cigna hired Brian Seiz, PharmD, as president of pharmacy.

24.Gary St. Hilaire will become Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey's new president and CEO.

25. Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island named Casey Stockman vice president of pharmacy.

26. Centene named Keith Williamson president of the Centene Charitable Foundation.
