Amazon’s 6 keys to innovation

With a goal of becoming the world’s most consumer-centric company, Amazon is well-known for prioritizing innovation above all else — a mission achieved by focusing on six core strategies.

Amazon shared those six strategies in a recent blog post, explaining that each is led by the company’s three guiding principles of “customer obsession,” “a passion for invention” and “long-term thinking.”
