Alife rolls out AI in-vitro fertilization platform

Alife, a company specializing in the in-vitro fertilization process, has released Alife Assist, an artificial intelligence-powered platform used to help clinicians make decisions during the IVF process.

After two years of research and development, Alife Assist is the company's first commercial offering. The platform includes tools to make sure clinicians choose the correct medication dose, streamline clinician workflow and monitor the clinic's performance.

"I founded Alife because I knew that AI has the potential to drastically impact the IVF process. Yet, as we began to work with fertility clinics around the country, we quickly identified a parallel opportunity for improvement: the need for a central platform to digitize clinic workflow and support collective decision making," Alife CEO Paxton Maeder-York said in the Oct. 24 company news release.
