MultiCare Samaritan Hospital terminates 12 workers after internal investigation

Puyallup, Wash.-based MultiCare Samaritan Hospital fired 12 employees after an undisclosed internal investigation, according to The News Tribune.

The hospital did not reveal its reason for the employee terminations, citing hospital policy, but said they were not due to staffing or budgetary considerations.

The hospital is “working quickly to refill those positions and we have a detailed plan to provide care to our patients,” Marce Edwards, a spokesperson for MultiCare Health System, told The News Tribune.
