The company, which Cincinnati-based Mercy Health acquired in 2016, said its new 300,000-square-foot regional headquarters would create 1,100 jobs, according to the report.
Other project details, such as a specific location, are unknown. The company also did not disclose a cost estimate for the project to The Cincinnati Enquirer.
But Ensemble expects construction to commence in early 2018 and be completed in 2019, if things go as planned and tax incentives are approved, the report states.
Company spokesperson Nate Kaplan told The Cincinnati Enquirer the regional headquarters would create the 1,100 new jobs but also consolidate many of the company’s existing jobs in the area.
