As part of the partnership, Aegis will complete a strategic and operational evaluation to help LMHS determine an employer engagement strategy to support the system’s broader strategic objectives, the organizations said.
They said this strategy includes strengthening relationships with local employers, businesses and other community organizations.
Once Aegis identifies LMHS’ strategic goals and evaluates market opportunities, the company will provide a strategic plan for implementation and execution.
