UCHealth and AFM plan to rebrand their facilities to reflect the partnership, and invest UCHealth resources within AFM operations. AFM’s physician group will remain independent.

The two organizations are also expected to collaborate on administrative functions.

Officials expect the expanded partnership to be finalized next year.
