New York-Presbyterian buys space in Manhattan to merge office operations

New York City, N.Y.-based New York-Presbyterian Hospital will lease about 500,000 square feet of office space on Park Avenue, according to Crain’s Business New York.

The health system plans to use the space to consolidate administrative and office operations from its various locations across the city. Relocating some offices will allow the hospital to to expand medical operations.

Terms of the deal, including the length of the lease and the amount in rent for the property, were not specified.
