Through the deal, CVS will have about 1,700 new locations to offer its healthcare services. Although the pharmacies will still be located inside the Target stores, they will operate “as separate stores within stores,” according to The Wall Street Journal.

The pharmacies will be rebranded to carry the CVS name, and Target’s clinics will also be rebranded as CVS MinuteClinics.

The deal requires regulatory approval, and it’s unclear at this time when the transaction would close, according to the report.
