St. Raphael Health – Dallas, an affiliate of Saint Raphael Health, has acquired nearly all of the assets of the former Dallas-based First Baptist Medical Center.
The facility now operates under new ownership and management as St. Raphael Health – Dallas, according to a July 31 news release.
The hospital comprises five surgical operating rooms and 14 inpatient rooms, with four family suites. It also has four intensive care unit rooms.
“Our priority is to make the hospital feel organized, responsive, and human,” St. Raphael Health – Dallas CEO Don Vickers said in the release. “That means stronger systems behind the scenes, but it also means people should know how to engage with us and feel comfortable reaching out if they need anything.”
St. Raphael Health – Dallas is a physician-owned hospital that offers surgical and inpatient hospital services. Saint Raphael Health is an organization that works to bring together hospital operators, physicians and business leaders to support hospitals, the release said.
