Christ Hospital outpatient center sold for $13.2M

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Everest Medical Core Properties has acquired Fort Wright, Ky.-based Christ Hospital outpatient center, according to the Cincinnati Business Journal.

Christ Hospital invested nearly $12.3 million in the propert, which opened in 2012, as part of a plan to become a major oncology center and medical provider in northern Kentucky. A Christ Hospital spokeswoman declined to comment to the CBJ on how the sale might affect operation of the outpatient center.

The deal officially closed in July.
