The HHC Board of Directors officially approved the affiliation agreement August 5.
CHH officials began searching for a strategic affiliate in 2014. After considering multiple organizations, the board concluded that HHC most closely matched with the hospital’s initiatives to cultivate a “patient-focused vision and culture.”
If approved, CHH will constitute the center of a new Northwest Region for HHC, according to HHC officials.
