Yuma Regional Medical Center appoints new VP of strategy development: 4 things to know

Yuma (Ariz.) Regional Medical Center has appointed Justin Farren vice president of strategy and development, according to a Yuma Sun report.

Here are four things to know about Mr. Farren.

1. In his role, he will be responsible for ensuring the integration of services and increasing collaboration with physicians and other outside providers, according to the report.

2. Mr. Farren has been part of the YRMC team since 2013 as director of business development. Early in 2015, he was promoted to administrative director of strategy and business development.

3. Prior to joining YRMC, he held various positions at Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Sanford Health and GE Healthcare, along with consulting engagements with large hospital and commercial insurance providers.

4. He earned a Master of Business Administration in organizational behavior and strategy from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
