Mount Carmel Medical Group gets new president: 3 things to know

Thomas Lawrence, MD, is the new president of Mount Carmel Medical Group in Columbus, Ohio, according to an Albany Business Review report.

Here are three things to know about Dr. Lawrence.

1. He most recently served as CMO of St. Peter’s Health Partners’ physicians group in Albany, N.Y.

2. In his new role, he will lead a physicians group of about 250 providers.

3. The group is part of Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, which is part of Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health. Trinity is also the parent company of St. Peter’s Health Partners.
