Jane Russell, PharmD, has been appointed president and CEO of Bath Community Hospital in Hot Springs, Va., effective Aug. 25.
Dr. Russell most recently served as COO at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport, Ore., according to a June 20 hospital news release. She brings more than 20 years of experience, including leadership in rural hospitals, service line development and operational innovation.
She succeeds Jeff Lingerfelt, who is retiring after five years as CEO.
