Here are three things to know about Mr. McLain.
1. He will begin his new role Feb. 29.
2. Previously, he was executive vice president and COO of Southern Regional Health system in Riverdale, Ga.
3. Mr. McLain will succeed Peter Wozniak, who resigned last summer. According to WWSB, Mr. Wozniak resigned amid reports from the Florida Agency of Healthcare Administration over how the hospital handled a sewage leak. Jeff Reece has been serving as interim CEO.
