CareSync adds new leaders: 9 things to know

Chronic disease management software and services provider CareSync has added three key positions to its leadership team.

Here are nine things to know about the new leaders.

Russell Dumas was named vice president of clinical operations.

1. In his role, Mr. Dumas will manage and develop clinical services functions and provide leadership "to ensure excellent patient care, safe operations and high member satisfaction," officials said.  He will also provide direction for the activities and functions of the clinical operations department.

2. Previously, he has held several significant leadership positions with Allscripts, Singapore-based health IT technology company Napier Healthcare, pharmaceutical company Bayer Healthcare and Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Health Network.

3. He is a former Naval officer.

David Antle was named vice president of client services.

4. In his role, Mr. Antle will support and oversee all client communications, and he will be responsible for refining CareSync's standards, tools and processes related to maintaining client relationships, officials said.

5. Before joining CareSync, he was executive vice president for software developer BobCAD-CAM.

6. Mr. Antle also previously was national manager of client relations for Vitera Healthcare Solutions.

Teri Spencer was named vice president of human resources.

7. In her role, Ms. Spencer will be responsible for directing all of the personnel functions of CareSync, and she will support strategic human resource planning, officials said.

8. Most recently, she was senior talent business partner for GTE Financial credit union.

9. She also previously was senior vice president of people strategies and resources for CCS Medical, a medical supply provider based in Farmers Branch, Texas.
