Mr. Lawrence leaves his position as CFO at Holy Cross Hospital in Chicago, a post he held for the last three years. He replaces M.E. Cleary, who has been promoted to regional vice president of finance in the Chicago area for the Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanguard Health Systems.
Holy Cross Hospital is looking for a buyer after Vanguard let a contract to purchase the hospital expire last year.
