Mr. Wolfman has served as a healthcare executive for 27 years. He most recently served as CEO of Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, Calif. Prior to that Mr. Wolfman was with Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente where he served as senior vice president and executive director of Fontana (Calif.) Medical Center and Ontario (Calif.) Vineyard Medical Center.
