UHS Appoints Eileen McDonnell to Board of Directors

King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services has named Eileen McDonnell to its board of directors, effective April 1.

Ms. McDonnell is currently president and CEO of The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and has been at the company since 2008. She has more than 20 years of experience within the life insurance industry.

Ms. McDonnell replaces Leatrice Ducat, who resigned from UHS’ board last month.
