Joe Walsh was named the interim CEO. He most recently served as COO of St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind., according to the report. The interim CNO is Joan Darr, who was most recently the CNO of Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, Ind.
Mr. Walsh and Ms. Darr are replacing Bob Wollenben and Cynthia Lewis, respectively. Mr. Wollenben and Ms. Lewis resigned last week.
