Rick Cooper, CEO and market president of The Everett (Wash.) Clinic, is retiring, effective Jan. 31.
Here are four points:
1. Mr. Cooper has served the clinic, a DaVita Medical Group, for more than 40 years.
2. While leading the clinic, Mr. Cooper introduced initiatives around lowering healthcare costs and price transparency.
3. Aric Coffman, MD, will replace Mr. Cooper.
4. Dr. Coffman is market president at Albuquerque-based DaVita Medical Group New Mexico. He has worked at DaVita Medical Group fir 12 years.
