ProMedica taps Jack Randolph as chief IT officer: 5 notes

Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica named Jack Randolph chief information technology officer, effective March 1.

1. Mr. Randolph currently serves as president of Paramount Health Insurance, a health insurance company affiliated with ProMedica.

2. He has worked at ProMedica for 36 years, of which 25 years have been with Paramount.

3. During his tenure at Paramount, the insurer started several new product lines and acquired numerous companies, including the Toledo Health Plan.

4. ProMedica’s outgoing Chief Information Technology Officer Lori Johnston will take over as president of Paramount.

5. Ms. Johnston has worked at ProMedica for 21 years, serving in a number of leadership roles.
