KentuckyOne Health selects new chief HR officer: 5 things to know

Louisville-based KentuckyOne Health appointed John Petrov senior vice president and chief human resources officer.

Here are five things to know:

1. Most recently, Mr. Petrov served as vice president and chief HR officer for Largo-based University of Maryland University College.

2. He previously served as vice president and chief HR officer at Fairmont (W. Va.) Regional Medical Center.

3. He also worked with Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, serving as human resources leader for Bayshore Medical Center in Pasadena, Texas, and East Houston Regional Medical Center.

4. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

5. Mr. Petrov holds a master’s degree in HR management from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa.
